CITY OF LAKIN COMMUNITY SPIRIT & PRIDE AWARD (SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY AWARD) This award was developed to recognize and honor individual or organizational leaders who have set outstanding examples for each of us to emulate in service to our community. One, who respects, invites, supports, empowers and inspires others to take ownership of community involvement through on-going exemplary dedication, commitment and strong determination to building a more vibrant community. We wish to recognize a individual and/or group in the community who have made exceptional contributions to Lakin through volunteer services with the Community Spirit and Pride Award. The selection for the Community Spirit & Pride Award will be based on criteria including: 1. Making our community better through his/her service. 2. Embodies the spirit of
volunteerism, encouraging and inspiring other to volunteer 3. On-going volunteer involvement
