This committee consist of five members. One of who
must reside outside the city limits and within the three
mile zoning area. This board has the power to hear and
decide appeals from decisions regarding the application of
the zoning regulations made by a building inspector or other
official administering the zoning regulations. This
board may also grant variances and exceptions from the terms
of the local zoning regulations under conditions prescribed
by state statutes. This position in a three year
appointment. |

recommendations on applications for annexation, rezoning and

-divisions to insure the orderly growth and anticipated
physical development of the county area. This position
is a three year appointment. |
